Exhibit of ceramics by Bunny McBride at Luther Center for the Arts
“Heartland Ceramics,” a pottery exhibit by ceramist Bunny McBride, professor and chair of ceramics at the University of Iowa School of Art and Art History, will be displayed April 2- May 18 in the Center for the Arts Kristin Wigley-Fleming Gallery on the campus of Luther College.
The exhibit is open to the public with no charge for admission.
McBride has been a ceramist for more than 40 years. He produces functional, one of a kind pottery, including plates, cups, bowls, serving dishes, soup tureens, pitchers, butter dishes, teapots, chip and dip bowls, casserole dishes and vases.
McBride’s one-person and group exhibitions have been displayed in numerous venues across the U.S. He created a teapot that is permanently displayed in Tajimi City, Japan. Additional information about McBride and his work can be found at: http://mcbridepottery.com.
