Admission charge is $7. Tickets will be sold on performance night at the door of Marty's, located in the lower level of Centennial Union. An innovative entertainment concept, ComedySportz is a combination of the best of improvisational comedy and the excitement, challenge and competitive edge of a professional sporting event. In every ComedySportz "match," teams of professional comedians perform fast-paced rounds of kooky, crazy, sidesplitting comedy games. Each team tries every wacky move they can manage in order to win the most laughs from the audience and the most points from the energetic, wisecracking referee. It's up to the audience to supply plots and character relationships, and it's up to the two comedy teams to bowl everybody over with laughter. No matter which ComedySportz team ends up with the most points, the audience always wins. It's always fast, always funny and every match is appropriate for any age audience, from children to great-grandparents. |
